French Address is your monthly rendez-vous with French little luxuries: every month, a new collection will be released. Get inspired by the stories, treat yourself with one of the products or just wander as a relaxing moment just for you. 

French Address is a short selection of products: no never ending scroll down, in a flash you will find your favorite, the unique piece that will fit perfectly to your home decor or be the ideal gift for a loved one.

Only luxury products made in France: take time to discover the unique story of the product and his creator. French Address honours creators, sharing their know-how and story. 

Attention to details is so important for us. From the selection of the creators and products to the preparation of your order, we will take great care. And sometimes, we will add a surprise to your order ;)

You can pay in US Dollars by debit and credit card Mastercard, Visa, Maestro Amex. You can also pay with Paypal, Apple Pay and Amazon Pay. 

Please note that if you pay in a different currency than the one of your bank account, some transaction fee may apply and be charged by your bank.

Soon, you will also be able to pay in Euros. Until then, if you wish to pay in Euros, contact us by Chat or at bonjour@french-address.com so we can assist you on this. 

Currently we ship to United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. 

Soon we will ship to new countries! Until then, you can still send us an email to bonjour@french-address.com and we will find a way to ship your order in your country ;)

Please note that deliveries cannot be made either to hotels or P.O. boxes.

French Adress is a French company based in Paris. This is why custom and import tax may apply. They are not included in the price of the items neither in the shipping costs and they must be paid directly by you. They depend on the type of items you bought and their value. Import duties, taxes or other customs-related charges are collected by DHL, our carrier, upon delivery. DHL will contact you in case your country applies custom and import tax. 

For United States, no duties are due for orders until $800.

We know that you will be impatient to receive your products so we chose one of the best shipping carrier so you can have them in express.

First step, at French Address, we prepare your order in maximum 2 business days (we do it same day most of the time!).

United States & Canada: we work with the international carrier DHL for express shipping; they estimate the shipping in 2 to 5 business days.

Australia & New Zealand: we work with the international carrier DHL for express shipping; they estimate the shipping in 3 to 5 business days. 

Please note that some custom procedures may impact the shipping time. We fully respect the custom procedures and documents, but special request can apply at any time and may affect the delay.

 

We will send you the tracking link by email just after we deliver your order to our carrier, DHL. You will be able to see your order shipment status until its delivery.

We are a small business, we do our best to offer your attractive express shipping rates. The shipping fee depends on the size and weight of the product and your country. You can see the shipping fee on the product page, clicking on the tab "Shipping".

We are consumers too, so we know and understand that sometimes we prefer to return a product. We will do our best to make it easy for you. You have the right of cancellation for 14 calendar days starting from the order delivery date.

Write us an email at bonjour@french-address.com, we will generate the DHL label so you can ship the product(s) back to France. You will have 8 calendar days to ship the products, starting from the date we email you the label. Please note that the product(s) must be returned in original condition without having used it, with the original packaging(s) and the original label(s) attached. In the case where the original packaging of the product is missing or where the product has been damaged, except for a proven damage done by the carrier, we reserve the right to refuse the refund or to reduce the amount of the refund. This is why we will refund you once we have received the product(s).

Cost of return: we are a small business so for the moment we cannot offer free returns (we keep negotiating!). We apply the same return cost as for the initial shipping. We will decrease this cost from the refund BUT at the same time we will credit this value in a voucher for a new order at French Address.

Absolutely! Various secured methods of payments are available, including payments by credit cards and debit cards, notably Visa, American Express and Mastercard. The security of the payment is entrusted by Mollie, PCI DSS Level 1 payment provider, by encryption of the bank details through the SSL protocol. At no point you bank details pass through French Address.

We also offer payment by Paypal, Apple Pay and Amazon Pay.
